Tyler J. Bonnet, 32, of Waterloo, IA, formerly of East Dubuque, IL, passed away at 1:40 P/M, on Sunday, December 27, 2015, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, IA., surrounded by his family, following medical complications.

Funeral Services will be at 5 P/M, on Sunday, January 3, 2015, at the Miller Funeral Home, in East Dubuque, with Deacon Jim Luksetich officiating.

Visitation will be from 2 P/M to 6 P/M, on Sunday, January 3, 2016, at the Miller Funeral Home, in East Dubuque.

Tyler was born on June 16, 1983, in Dubuque, IA, the son of Stanley L. and Susan D. (Cox) Bonnet.

He was a graduate of East Dubuque High School, Class of 2002. Tyler was formerly employed as a maintenance man for the City of East Dubuque. He was an avid Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs fan.

Surviving are his daughter, Cora Allen Bonnet; his parents, Stanley L. and Susan D. (Cox) Bonnet, of East Dubuque, IL; his biological mother, Peggy (Denny) Lehman; his siblings, Melissa (Jeff) Baker, of Dubuque, IA, Keith (Stacey) Bonnet, of Kieler, WI, Tara Lund, of Iowa City, IA, Tracy (Brad) Hess, Trevor Dillon and Spencer Craig, all of Dubuque, IA; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Otis and LaVerna (Bakey) Cox; his paternal grandparents, Walter and Verla (Stockel) Bonnet; and his uncle, Gary Bonnet.

In lieu of flowers, a Tyler J. Bonnet Memorial Fund has been established.

Tyler's family wishes to "thank" all of their family and friends for their support, the staff at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, and the Miller Funeral Home for their help and support.
