Trisha L. (Donar) Brookins, age 46, of Dubuque, IA, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident near DeWitt, IA.
Family and friends may call from 3:00 PM - 7:30 PM, on Friday, April 24, 2026, and from 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM, on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at St. Raphael Cathedral, in Dubuque.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM, on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at St. Raphael Cathedral, in Dubuque. Burial will follow in the East Dubuque, IL Cemetery.
