Teresa A. (Kammerude) Donar, 82, of Cuba City, WI, passed away, on Monday, September 25, 2017, at Luther Manor - Grand Meadows, Asbury, IA.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 A/M, on Friday, September 29, 2017, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, in Cuba City, with Fr. David Flanagan officiating.  Burial will be in St. Rose Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 3 P/M to 7 P/M, on Thursday, September 28, 2017, and from 9 A/M to 10:15 A/M, on Friday, September 29, 2017. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, in Cuba City, where the parish rosary/scripture service will be recited at 2:45 P/M, on Thursday.

The Miller Funeral Home, of East Dubuque, IL, is serving the family.

Teresa was born on July 4, 1935, at Dodgeville, WI, the daughter of Lester and Miranda (McKernan) Kammerude.  She was united in marriage to Melvin J. Donar, on September 26, 1953, at St. Raphael's Cathedral, in Dubuque.  Tuesday, September 26, 2017, would have been their 64th wedding anniversary.

She was a member of St. Rose Parish and the Catholic Daughters of America, Court #4.  She enjoyed pitching horseshoes, bowling, but her main goal in life was that of being a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She attended St. Raphael's School and graduated from St. Joseph's Academy, both in Dubuque.  She and Melvin farmed for many years.  They operated the Cuba City Greenhouse for (15) years.  Teresa drove school bus, was an EMT for the Cuba City Rescue Squad, worked for Caring Angels, was a Secretary for Heer Chiropractic, worked at St. Dominic Villa, was a Cub Scout, Brownie and 4-H leader, and worked for St. Rose Church and School, where she also taught religion.

Surviving are her husband, Melvin; twelve (12) children, Ronald (Brenda) Donar, of Cuba City, WI, Sue (John) Dalsing, of Kieler, WI, Cheryl McGuire, of Darlington, WI, Donald (Debra Jentz) Donar and Charles (Paula Digmann) Donar, both of Cuba City, WI, Dan Donar, of Highland, WI, Jerry (Jane Melssen) Donar and Mark (Joyce) Donar, both of Cuba City, WI, Lisa (Mark) Wright, of Benton, WI, Teri (Carl) Pickel, of Kieler, WI, Scott (Carla) Donar, of Cuba City, WI, and Chris (Shawna) Donar, of Benton, WI; thirty-three (33) grandchildren; twenty-three (23) great-children; her siblings, Tony (Pat) Kammerude, Dave (Peg) Kammerude, Mike Kammerude, Kathy Kaiser and Joan Kammerude.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Miranda; two (2) sons, Dale and Jeff; her siblings, Darlene Magby, Gertrude Leslein, Bob, Kenneth and Donald Kammerude and Pat Williams.
