Shawn Richard S. Pergande, 42, of Manchester, IA, formerly of Dubuque, IA, passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, following a sudden illness, while visiting in Siniloan, Laguna, Phillippines.

Funeral Services will be at 10 A/M, on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, in Dubuque, with Rev. Dr. Kristian Kincaid officiating.  Burial will be in Shawnee Cemetery, New Diggings, WI.

Friends may call from 3 P/M to 9 P/M, Monday, April 7, 2014, at the Miller Funeral Home, East Dubuque, IL, where there will be a prayer service at 7:30 P/M.  Friends may also call after 9 A/M, on Tuesday, at the church.

Shawn Richard was born on May 13, 1971, at Cuba City, WI, the son of Richard G. Pergande and Sherry J. Shireman.  He married Norie McCullick, on February 29, 2012, in Manchester, IA.

He was employed at Anderson Window & Door, in Dubuque.  Shawn was an avid Wisconsin sports fan, including the Badgers, Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, and the Milwaukee Bucks.  Shawn loved spending time with his family and the summertime picnics.

Surviving are his wife, Norie; his three children, Shawn, Brett and Nathan; three step-children, Grace (Kiley) McGuine, of Guttenberg, IA, Jher and Lexus; two grandchildren, Brody and Sienna; his parents, Richard (Judy) Pergande and Sherry (Darrell) "Pudge" Kritz, all of Dubuque, IA; two brothers, Ricky and Jason (Lisa) Pergande, both of Dubuque, IA; step-brothers and sisters, Dennis Pergande, Ronnie Pergande, Joe (Tiffany) Pergande, all of Dubuque, IA, and Mary Jo (Larry) Seidl, of Manitowoc, WI; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; his in-laws, Rufina and Henry Saranillo, of Marquette, IA; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Rose (Kevin) Dull, of Marquette, IA.
