Selina M. Rhodes, 45, of East Dubuque, IL, formerly of Galena, IL, passed away at 4:43 P/M, on Friday, March 17, 2017, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, in Iowa City, IA.

Visitation will be from 3 P/M to 7 P/M, on Thursday, March 23, 2017, at the Miller Funeral Home, in East Dubuque, where a funeral service will be at 6:30 P/M.

Selina was born on September 4, 1971, at St. Charles, IL, the daughter of Jimmie S. and Donna M. (Tarter) Rhodes.  She was employed at Ron's BP, at Plaza 20, in Dubuque.

She loved life, especially her children, shopping and enjoyed listening to various kinds of music.

Surviving are her three (3) children, Christopher James Rhodes, Nikki M. Rhodes and Caleb Michael Rhodes; her significant partner, Keith Ellis; her mother, Donna M. Rhodes, of Hanover, IL; her siblings, Pam (Mike) Penisten, of Hanover, IL, and Kim (Wayne) White, of Eagle River, WI; nieces; nephews and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmie S. Rhodes

In lieu of flowers, a Selina M. Rhodes Memorial Fund has been established.
