Sandra K. Erickson, age 76, of East Dubuque, IL, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Midwest Senior Care Community in Galena, IL.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at St. Mary's Church, in East Dubuque, with Fr. Bosco Aruldoss officiating. Burial will follow at the East Dubuque Cemetery.

The Miller Funeral Home of East Dubuque is assisting the family.

Family and friends may call from 9:15 – 10:15 a.m., on Tuesday, at St. Mary's Church.

Sandy was born on February 13, 1949, in Dubuque, IA, the daughter of Kenneth E. and Marie Ruth (Allgeier) Erickson. She was a graduate of East Dubuque High School, the Class of 1967.

Sandy was a member of St. Mary's Parish, its Altar & Rosary Society, and was a member of the Church Choir. She was formerly employed at K & H Grocery, in East Dubuque, Johnny's Meat Market, Honkamp-Krueger and retired from Medical Associates Clinic, Dubuque. She enjoyed shopping and Dining Out.

Surviving are her brothers, Tom, of Bushnell, IL, Ron (Ginny), Dennis (Jennifer); and sister, Vicki Joos, all of Dubuque, IA; sister-in-law, Kathy Erickson, Leesburg, FL; nieces and nephews, Nicole (goddaughter), Chris, Lilli, Josh, Gregg, Maddie, and Justin (godson); great-nieces and great-nephews, Evan, Simon, Ophelia, Everly, Lucy, Max, Oakley, Griffin; and one great-nephew on the way.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ken and Marie; brother, Dean; aunts and uncles, Gen (Elmer) Erner, Catherine Mary (Dick) Kuhle, Ray Allgeier, Clyde (Dorothy) Erickson, and Glenn Erickson.

Sandy's family wishes to thank the nurses and staff at Midwest Senior Care Community and Hospice of Dubuque for the wonderful care provided to their sister and aunt.
