Russell A. Koehler, 54, of Blair, OK, formerly of Scales Mound, IL, died November 23, 2016, at home.

A Memorial Service will be held at 5:30 P/M, on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at the Miller Funeral Home, in East Dubuque, where friends may call from 4 P/M to 6 P/M.  Burial will be at a later date in Scales Mound Township Cemetery.

Russell is survived by his wife, Keri; daughters, Ashley and Kayla; his father, Michael Koehler; brothers, Michael Koehler, Jr, Jeffery Koehler, and Damian Koehler; three (3) grandchildren; and numerous other family members.
