Randy Waterman, 63, of East Dubuque, IL, passed away suddenly on Friday, December 26, 2025, at Mercy One/Dubuque Medical Center from complications with pneumonia.

He was born July 11, 1962, in Dubuque, IA, to John and Patricia (Keeley) Waterman.

Randy was an excellent ASE Service Technician at Runde Auto Group, in Hazel Green, Wisconsin. He was a huge fan of NASCAR, Cowboys and John Wayne. He enjoyed camping, fishing and motorcycles.

Surviving are his wife, Charlotte; daughters, Amy Schueller and Carrie Waterman; his brothers, Andy Waterman and Jeff Waterman; stepchildren, Greg Howell, Joe Howell, Mandy Howell and Crystal O'Dell; and many grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Pat Waterman; and a son, Brian Waterman.

Randy will be truly missed by his wife, Charlotte, family members, friends and co-workers.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday, January 18, 2026, from 12:00 (noon) - 5:00 PM, at Culbie's Event Center, in East Dubuque, IL
