Mary Charlotte Lowe, 79, of Peosta, IA, formerly of East Dubuque, IL, passed away at 3:10 P/M, on Sunday, December 23, 2018, at Unity Point-Finley Hospital in Dubuque, IA.

Graveside services will be at 1 P/M, on Friday, December 28, 2018, at the East Dubuque Cemetery.

The Miller Funeral Home, in East Dubuque, is in charge of arrangements.

Charlotte was born on April 20, 1939, in Dubuque, IA, the daughter of Millard and Helen (LaMour) Meister.  She married Jerry Lowe, he preceded her in death in 1983.

She was employed for over (30) years at Frommelt Industries, later known as Rite Hite, until her retirement.  Charlotte enjoyed working with ceramics, feeding the birds and time spent with family.

Surviving are (4) children, Kenneth (Pat) Lowe, of Hinesville, GA, Terry (Danette) Lowe, of Green Valley, IL, Cindy (Marv) Wagner, of Welcome, MD, and Keith (Anita) Lowe, of Mt. Vernon, IA; (11) grandchildren; and (18) great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jerry; and a sister, Marlene (Merlin) Soat.
