Marjorie A. "Marge" Ennis, age 84, of East Dubuque, IL, passed away at 11:32 A/M, Friday, April 14, 2023, at Mercy One/Dubuque Medical Center.

Per Marge's wishes, there will be no public visitation or services. The Miller Funeral Home of East Dubuque, IL is serving the family.

Marge was born February 13, 1939, in Freeport, IL, the daughter of Dale W. and Charlotte E. (Fowler) Cook. She was united in marriage to Richard "Dick" Ennis for 31 years until his passing on June 17, 2021.

Marge worked for the East Dubuque School District # 119 for 44 years as a school bus driver. She enjoyed spending time with her family, going to the Diamond Jo Casino and enjoyed playing bingo.

Surviving are three daughters, Patty (Russ) Carius, of Benton, WI, Connie (Tony) Peacock, of East Dubuque, IL, and Cindy Astgen Middleton, of New Ulm, MN; five grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren; a sister, Carol (Jim) Leifker of Denver, CO; and several loving neighbors.
