Obituary
Lt. Col. David A. Tranel, (Retired), 80, of Tuscaloosa, AL, formerly of East Dubuque and Menominee, IL, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2026, at the Bill Nichols State VA Home in Alexandria City, AL.
Visitation will be held from 9:45 AM - 11:00 AM, on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18, 2026, at Nativity BVM Church, in Menominee, where a Prayer Service will be held at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Nativity BVM Cemetery.
