Kenneth L. "Kenny" Wills, 84, of the Epione Pavilion, Cuba City, WI, and formerly of Council Hill, IL, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at Epione Pavilion.
Funeral services will be at 11 A/M, on Saturday, May 31, 2014, at the Miller & Steinke Funeral Home, in Galena, IL, with Pastor Gary Kirst officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Galena, where military honors will be accorded by members of V.F.W. Post #2665, of Galena.
Friends may call from 9 A/M to 11 A/M, on Saturday, May 31st, at the Miller & Steinke Funeral Home.
Ken was born on April 29, 1930, at Council Hill, the son of Russell and Inez (Cliff) Wills. He formerly farmed near Council Hill and was also a Raleigh Products distributor. Ken was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and the week prior to his death he was able to travel on the "Honor Flight" to Washington, D. C. He was a former member of the Galena Oddfellows.
Surviving are four (4) sisters, Marilyn Ohms and Norma (Bill) Davis, both of Galena, IL, Carol Ohms, of Scales Mound, IL, and Evelyn Wiegel, of Belmont, WI; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
He was proceded in death by his parents, Russell and Inez; his step-mother, Edna Wills; a brother, Harlan Wills; a sister, Sharon Ann, in infancy; two brothers-in-law, Eugene and Herman Ohms; and a niece, Becky Hoyer.
