Judy A. Jentz, 74, of Potosi, WI, passed very peacefully into eternal life, at home, on Sunday, October 8, 2017.
A Celebration of Life service will be from 2 P/M to 4 P/M, on Sunday, October 29, 2017, at Ss. Andrew-Thomas School, in Potosi, WI. There will be a private family burial at a later date in Van Buren Cemetery.
The Miller Funeral Home, of East Dubuque, IL, is assisting the family.
Judy was born on March 15, 1943, in Boaz, WI. She was united in marriage to Roger E. "Payday" Jentz, Sr., on September 12, 1959, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, in Dubuque, IA; he passed away and has been waiting for her since September 2, 2013.
Surviving are three (3) children, Michelle "Shelley" Doser, Roger Jentz, Jr. and Carrie Pluemer, all of Potosi, WI; six (6) grandchildren, Kylie (Alex) Wagner, of Platteville, WI, Taylor Doser, Brandon Jentz, Dylan, Trevor and Katie Pluemer, all of Potosi, WI; one (1) great-grandson, Mason Wagner; two (2) brothers-in-law, John "Jack" (Patty) Fortney, and Kenny Jentz; four (4) sisters-in-law, Helene (Jack) Bennett, Darlene Chapman, Donna (Sonny) Wieters, and Patsy Jentz.
Others who preceded her in death are her mother, Edna Reynolds; brother, Larry Reynolds; sister, Donna Reynolds; three (3) brothers-in-law, Clarence and Ronnie Jentz, and Gary Chapman; and one (1) sister-in-law, Donna Fortney.
The family requests no flowers or plants. A Judy A. Jentz Memorial Fund has been established.
Judy's family with to give "special thanks" to the staff of Grand River Medical, of Dubuque, especially Dr. Hermann and Dr. Kelly, for many years of care and concern, Hospice of Dubuque, for the wonderful guidance, MaryAnn Durst, for her help and care over the past several months, and to mom's best friend, Wendy Scholbrock, for many years of friendship and loving care, and all that she has done for our family over many years.
