John B. Risley, 81, of Deltona, FL, formerly of East Dubuque, IL, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026, at his home in Deltona, FL.
Burial will be later this Spring in the East Dubuque Cemetery.
The Miller Funeral Home, of East Dubuque, is assisting the family with local arrangements.
