John David "Johnny" Kramer, 36, passed away peacefully at home on May 12, 2020, from natural causes.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date, with burial in the East Dubuque Cemetery.

Johnny was born on August 29, 1983, in Dubuque, IA, the son of David John Kramer and Nancy Faye Kramer.  He attended St. Mary's Grade School, in East Dubuque, and graduated from Dubuque Senior High School in 2001.

He was employed at Mercy Hospital, Runde Chevrolet, and Miracle Car Wash.

Survivors include his parents, David, of Dubuque, IA, and Nancy, of Canada; his sisters, Lindsay Kramer, of East Dubuque, IL, and Corinna Delaney, of Dubuque, IA; his brother, David Delaney, of Cedar Rapids, IA, and Mike Vandermillen, of Dubuque, IA; his grandparents, Barbara and Roger Kramer, of East Dubuque, IL, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Our "little guy with a big heart: will be surely missed by all.

The family would like to thank Mercy One and Hospice of Dubuque for the care they provided for Johnny.
