Jean (Sheean) Randell, of East Dubuque, IL, passed away at 4:07 P/M, on Friday, February 23, 2018, at Mercy Medical Center, in Dubuque.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 A/M, on Thursday, March 1, 2018, at St. Mary's Church, in East Dubuque, with Fr. Dean Smith officiating. Burial will be in the East Dubuque Cemetery.

There will be no public visitation.

The Miller Funeral Home, in East Dubuque, is serving the family.

Jeanne was born in East Dubuque, the daughter of Raymond and Estella (Leibold) Sheean.

She was a graduate of St. Mary's School and the East Dubuque High School.  Jeanne was employed at Ann Chapman's, in Galena, IL, until her retirement.  She was a member of St. Mary's Parish and its Altar & Rosary Society.

Surviving are her sister, Violet Sheean, of East Dubuque, IL; nieces, Jacqueline (Frank) Meyer, Ada Hale, Pamela Sheean, Debra (Jack) Tully, and Dona Oberfoell.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Jack, Patrick and Corrine DeGear.

Memorials may be given to the Jo Daviess County Workshop, in Galena, IL, and St. Mary's Parish, in East Dubuque.
