Obituary
James "Jim" Kruse, 70, of East Dubuque, IL, passed away at 8:35 P/M, on Sunday, October 11, 2015, at home.
Per Jim's request, there will be no formal visitation or funeral services. Graveside services will be at 11 A/M, on Friday, October 16, 2015, at the East Dubuque Cemetery.
Jim was born on October 28, 1944, in Dubuque, IA, the son of Richard "Dick" and Arlene (Schaefer) Kruse. He married Carol Tressel on March 4, 2005. They had been companions since November, 1985.
Jim was employed by Pepsi-Cola for thirty-nine (39) years until his retirement.
Surviving are his wife, Carol Tressel, two (2) children, Christopher and Kelly; three (3) siblings, Connie, Kim and Terry.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Kathy.
The Miller Funeral Home, East Dubuque, IL, is in charge of arrangements.
