Obituary
Inez M. Standish, 104, who resided with her daughter, Pat Ward, Galena, IL, passed away at 3:50 A/M, Tuesday, September 25, 2012, at the Galena-Stauss Senior Care Community.
Mrs. Standish was born on April 6, 1908, in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of Harry and Mae (Grilnberger) Herrick. She married William Standish in October, 1933. He preceded her in death in 1968. She moved to Galena from Lake Tomahawk, WI, in 2006.
She was an artist specializing in watercolors and acrylics.
Surviving are her daughter, Pat Ward, Galena, IL; four grandchildren, Tracy Jenkins, Lisa Cassidy, Robert Stansell, Jennifer Standish; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and a son, Donald Standish.
Private family services will be held.
