In his very short life, he brought so much joy and happiness to so many people. It was love at first sight. Our handsome little man had the most beautiful baby blue eyes and quick smile. Bath time and having his diaper changed were two of his favorite things, they always brought squealing smiles to his face. When he was ready to snuggle he put on his Bears jerey and sat on Daddy's lap to watch the game.
Through the Iowa Donor Network, Grayson was able to donate and save other babies in need. He will always be our hero. Forever would never have been long enough!
In lieu of flowers, Adam and Ashlee request that donations be sent to the Grayson Miller Memorial Fund set up at the Apple River State Bank/First Community Bank in Galena and Scales Mound. Donations will be made in memory of Grayson to the organizations providing care.
The family would like to "thank" the Peosta First Responders and the ER staff at Mercy Hospital, Dubuque, for all their care of Grayson. A "special" "thank you" is extended to the Iowa Donor Network staff and staff at the UIHC PICU unit. We will never forget your care and compassion for Grayson and his family during this very difficult time and we know you will never forget Grayson.
