Doris E. Wills, 85, of rural Elizabeth, IL, passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018, at Serenity House, in Oregon, IL, following a short illness.

Funeral services will be at 10 A/M, on Thursday, July 19, 2018, at the Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, in Schapville, IL, with Rev. Mark Oehlert officiating.  Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, in Warren, IL.

Visitation will be from 3 P/M to 7 P/M, on Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at the Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, in Schapville.

Doris was born on October 29, 1932, near Warren, the daughter of John and Esther (McKinstrey) Watson.  She was united in marriage to Eldon H. "Hank" Wills on May 3, 1959, at Apple River.  He preceded her in death of February 2, 2004.

Her hobbies included doing latch hooks, working in her flower garden, baking, traveling, and participating in church activities.

Surviving are five (5) children, John (Joyce) Wills, of Galena, IL, Goldie (Dennis) Foley, of Scales Mound, IL, Thelma (Kevin) Busker, of Rockford, IL, Elmer Wills, of Hanover, IL, and Roger Wills, of Elizabeth, IL; seven (7) grandchildren; and two (2) great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Hank; a daughter, Joyce, on May 9, 1985; and her siblings, John David and Marian, in infancy, and Howard Watson.
