Dennis J. Mulvehill, 72, of Maryville Heights, rural Hazel Green, WI, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at home.
A prayer service will be at 6:30 P/M, on Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at the Miller Funeral Home, East Dubuque, IL, where a visitation will be held from 5 P/M to 7 P/M.
Dennis was born on November 16, 1941, in Dubuque, IA, the son of James J and Rose G. (Quillen) Mulvehill. He married Jane A. Kramer on December 31, 1965. She preceded him in death on September 5, 2005.
He attended Marquette University, in Milwaukee, WI, was a former member of Nativity Parish, in Dubuque, IA, and was an avid Chicago Cubs fan. He retired from AmeriCold Logistics in East Dubuque.
Surviving is a son, Michael D. Mulvehill, of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; a sister, Mary (Rich) Tomas, of Solon, IA; a sister-in-law, Patricia Mulvehill, of Dubuque, IA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Steven D. Mulvehill, in 2007; and a brother, Mark Mulvehill.
