Obituary
Delores M. (Dee) Vincent, 91, of Galena, IL passed away Thursday evening, December 20, 2012, at the Galena Stauss Senior Care Community.
Friends may call after 9 A/M, Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at the Miller & Steinke Funeral Home, Galena, where funeral services will be held at 10:30 A/M, Wednesday, with Rev. Jim McCrea officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Galena.
Delores was born on November 7, 1921 in Savanna, IL, the daughter of Fred and Henrietta Mae (Bond) Weaver. She married John P. Vincent on April 21, 1943 in Savanna. He preceded her in death on March 25, 2003.
Delores was a graduate of Savanna High School, Class of 1940. Delores worked for the Savanna Telephone Company for 3-4 years and later worked for the Galena Telephone Company and the Veterinary Clinic.
Surviving are two nieces and one nephew.
Delores was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Wayne Wesley Weaver.
