Cesar Luis Campos Ortega, 42, of Galena, IL, passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics, Iowa City, IA.

Visitation will be from 5 P/M - 7 P/M, on Sunday, July 3, 2022, at St. Mary's Church in Galena. Burial will be in Tecolutla, Mexico. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.

The Miller Funeral Home, of East Dubuque, is serving the family.
